If we decline a service after payment, a full refund is processed within 7 business days. Otherwise, the upfront deposit is non-refundable.

How many revisions do I get?

Each service includes free revisions according to your plan. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

When does a maintenance month begin?

A “month” begins from your payment date, not calendar start. You’ll have 7-day grace on delays upon approval.

Do I own the website after completion?

Yes. You have full ownership of your website and its assets once the project is fully paid. We can also provide a handover session if requested.
